As an Army veteran, Dylan came into the real-estate industry with a different kind of determination. Determined to make others happy, is what he prioritizes every day. His family and friends know his passion, and even his 4-year-old son would tell you his dad looks at cool houses all day. Although that is a large part of the job, he realized that juggling offers, personalities, and the ever-changing market was making it harder for him to maximize effectiveness.
